Why Shop Bean's Bicycles?
There are many reasons why... Beans is owned and operated by Sean Westby, "My love of this sport for countless years has evolved into owning my own shop." |
| Our mom and pop approach allows us to concentrate on the sport and you. No big pro shop operations chain, just what a real bike shop should be. That simple. Most important here, is we are not salesmen, but actual riders. We like to get to know as many of you as possible and help get started biking in every possible way. |

BeansBikes.com was created as a way to provide via the Internet, a channel to the huge world selection of cycling goods. We are not a a chain store, we are exclusively committed to the Internet and our only sales tool is our Internet presence. This allows us more to focus on the latest products and service. |
| We Are Real People That Know. Whenever you deal with us you talk to a real knowledgeable person on the sport. We do not employ phone operators. You deal with real bicycle riders. To place orders you can always send in by fax, phone or internet. |
We employ the traditional hierarchy of manufacturers to distributors to retailers. This allows the cycling industry to remain healthy and profitable to all parties. We discourage the direct approach many mail order companies take by eliminating the middle men. What this causes is losses of jobs, service and in the end the loss of more choices to the public. We conduct our business as any "local bike shop" does. This allows for more jobs, healthy industry, choices, service and in the end a better base for the sport. We do not buy overstocks, OEM or defective products to sell. We offer all quality goods, with service and support. That is why we are different. |
We truly are not salesmen. We want to have as much contact with you to help determine the correct item. We inform, teach and support you. Not many companies out there can do the same as they do not have nearly the experience that we have. Prices should be important but not the only thing. Look for service and knowledge. That is far more to offer than lower prices. Please don't be fooled by low prices and false claims. |
We know the cycling world very well. From the bicycle shop side to the racing side. We know of hundreds of products and services out in the world and do our best to offer those. In the cycling industry it is Bean's Bicycles is the one who is setting the trend and many companies are quickly adapting it. Thus offering consumers more choices. |
We believe that a cycling store should provide not only a great service and selection but also knowledge. It is very easy to sell products, but to really answer questions and advise; this is not. We are proud to say that we are all of the above. Simply call us and give us a try. |
| We are here for the long haul as we depend on this business. Our service is much more than that as we like to get to know each customer and in the end making that customer a more informed person. Now ask yourself if the other shops actually know much of the sport? Many of you already have found out that many so called pro shops are nothing more than salesmen requiring part numbers. We personally appreciate your business. We are big in knowledge and support. Stop in and see what we are all about. Any questions call us at (610) 640.9910 for answers, advise, opinions, inside scoop or anything else you may want to know. |
